My name is Dan and I've been with CrowdStreet for about five, six years now. Actually, a friend of mine introduced me to CrowdStreet. I think he invested in some deal and I came across a platform. Sounded pretty good, it was easy to invest and I started right from there. I live in the Silicon Valley, so it's, I'm more on the tech side, so I don't mind jumping on, you know, the computer and put the deal through and do the documentation and stuff. So it was easy that way. Well, I try to diversify basically between different deals and stuff. So I don't want to invest all everything into one basket. What I used to invest before is single family home, so I have portfolio in that and I wanted to diversify into multifamily where I can buy the whole deal myself, but I can be a part of syndication and investing into that. So that's why it look attractive to me. And then in that way you can also diversify into commercial marketing, like multifamily, senior living, you know, storage, different kind of assets. That event I've been looking into before. CrowdStreet I've been looking into some other private investment and stuff, so this wasn't my first rodeo, but a platform like this was first after my friend introduced me to that. And it gives one place where you can find different kind of deals in stock with the new management team board and the changes they wanna make. I think they are, hopefully they're taking in the right direction and I'm excited to look forward to what that outcome will be.
