Launched Crowd Street Marketplace and raised $1.6 million in three weeks for its first sponsor, Mainstreet Capital, validating the founders' vision and marking the beginning of an exciting journey in the world of real estate investing

Established Crowd Street Advisors, a federally registered investment advisor, to guide investors who seek exposure to the commercial real estate space but don't have the time or expertise to build a portfolio themselves

Crossed the $1 billion threshold in total invested capital through the Crowd Street Marketplace since inception

Expanded ESG (environmental, social, and governance) goals and targeted to launch 15% of real estate offerings with sponsors who meet Crowd Street's ESG criteria. Ended 2021 with 17% of Crowd Street's offerings satisfying its ESG criteria.

Launched Crowd Street REIT (C-REIT) to help investors and advisors by providing access to a range of investment opportunities from multiple developers across multiple asset classes from coast to coast, with a single investment
