A walkthrough of some of the key features of the new Offering Pages
We've recently updated the Offering Pages based on member feedback to provide you with streamlined access to key information and insights. These enhancements are aimed at helping make your due diligence process more efficient and empowering.
Key Features:
- Access Content Faster with Tabbed Navigation: Reduce scrolling and review information conveniently organized into four main tabs: Summary, Key Risks, Offering Details, and Documents.
- Distinct Buttons for Frequently Reviewed Information: Search less with prominent, visible, quick-click buttons to access the Offering Overview that includes the sponsors' pro forma, business plan assumptions, market and competitive data, and projected operating metrics; track record, PPM, and CrowdStreet’s Due Diligence Reports.
- A Simplified, Intuitive Layout: Feel empowered and more efficient exploring information on your next investment. The new design was intended to be streamlined and simpler to optimize your due diligence experience.

What Changed?
- The following information is no longer a section on the Offering Page; however, it is still accessible in the Offering Overview:
- Business Plan
- Location
- Rent Comps
- Sales Comps
- Physical Details
- Unit Mix / Amenities
- The Q&A webinar with the sponsor will still be offered; however, a transcript of the event will be provided in lieu of the video recording.
- CrowdStreet’s Business Plan Ratings have been removed. Because each offering is unique, a standardized rating system lacked the flexibility and detail needed to accurately highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each business model.
