Anna-Marie Lieb is a real estate professional with 14+ years experience in real estate syndication, debt and equity placement. Anna-Marie currently serves as Investment Director, Office of the CIO for Crowd Street Advisors where she proposes deal flow that is considered for CSA funds. She has been an instrumental member of the Crowd Street team since 2016. Prior to joining Crowd Street, Anna-Marie worked for the Tax Credit Investment Group at PNC where she specialized in underwriting innovative tax credit equity and debt financing solutions for Historic Tax Credit, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. Anna-Marie started her real estate career in Boston where she was a member of the CBRE New England Capital Markets Team. Anna-Marie holds a BSc. in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business.
